牛肉进口流程：
1、收发货人备案 （我司代理）
2、自动进口许可证 （7个工作日）
3、准备单证（贵司安排或我司安排）
4、发货到港（贵司安排或我司安排）
5、食品中文标签预审核（货物到港后办理）
6、换单（我司操作）（1个工作日）
7、贴标签（我司代贴，在仓库完成）（2个工作日）
8、报检（商检部门操作）（1-3工作日）
9、报关（审价、查货）（海关部门操作）（1-2工作日）
10、交税（1-2工作日）
11、货物放行（与交税同天）
Beef import process:
1. Receiver and consignee filing (our agent)
2. Automatic Import License (7 working days)
3. Preparing documents (arranged by your company or by our company)
4. Delivery to port (arranged by your company or by our company)
5. Pre-examination of Chinese food labels (after arrival of goods)
6. Change orders (our company operates) (1 working day)
7. Tagging (our company posted on behalf of the warehouse completed) (2 working days)
8. Inspection Report (Operation of Commodity Inspection Department) (1-3 working days)
9. Customs Declaration (Value Examination, Goods Inspection) (Operation of Customs Department) (1-2 working days)
10. Taxation (1-2 working days)
11. Release of goods (on the same day as tax payment)
冷冻牛肉进口注意事项：
1、国外供应商需要在华注册备案、进口商在进口前需要要到国外注册备案号，方便我司查询确认国外供应商是否有出口到中国的资质。
2、国内进口商需要有进口口岸的存储冷库协议及食品流通许可证，在进口前需要提前办理进境动植物检验检疫许可证（也可用我司资质代理进口）
3、冷藏牛肉进口一般走冷冻柜海运为主，冷冻柜海运费用比较高进口量也大，建议购买保险。
Notes for importing frozen beef:
1. Foreign suppliers need to register in China and importers need to register in foreign countries before importing. It is convenient for us to check and confirm whether foreign suppliers are qualified to export to China.
2. Domestic importers need storage and refrigeration agreements and food circulation licenses at import ports. Before importing, they need to apply for import animal and plant inspection and quarantine licenses in advance (or import with our qualifications as agent).
3. Refrigerated beef imports are usually transported by sea in freezer. The cost of shipping in freezer is relatively high and the quantity of imports is large. It is suggested that insurance be purchased.
