叶片泵的管理要点除需防干转和过载、防吸入空气和吸入真空度过大外,还应注意:

1.泵转向改变,则其吸排方向也改变叶片泵都有规定的转向,不允许反。因为转子叶槽有倾斜,叶片有倒角,叶片底部与排油腔通,配油盘上的节流槽和吸、排口是按既定转向设计。可逆转的叶片泵必须专门设计。

2.叶片泵装配 配油盘与定子用定位销正确定位,叶片、转子、配油盘都不得装反,定子内表面吸入区部分易磨损,必要时可将其翻转安装,以使原吸入区变为排出区而继续使用。

3.拆装 注意工作表面清洁,工作时油液应很好过滤。

4. 叶片在叶槽中的间隙太大会使漏泄增加,太小则叶片不能自由伸缩,会导致工作失常。

5.叶片泵的轴向间隙 对ηv影响很大。

1)小型泵-0.015~0.03mm

2)中型泵-0.02~0.045mm

6.油液的温度和粘度 一般不宜超过55℃,粘度要求在17~37mm2/s之间。粘度太大则吸油困难;粘度太小则漏泄严重。

   

一、单作用叶片泵的工作原理

泵由转子1、定子2、叶片3、配油盘和端盖等部件所组成。定子的内表面是圆柱形孔。转子和定子之间存在着偏心。叶片在转子的槽内可灵活滑动,在转子转动时的离心力以及通入叶片根部压力油的作用下,叶片顶部贴紧在定子内表面上,于是两相邻叶片、配油盘、定子和转子间便形成了一个个密封的工作腔。当转子按逆时针方向旋转时,图右侧的叶片向外伸出,密封工作腔容积逐渐增大,产生真空,于是通过吸油口6和配油盘5上窗口将油吸入。而在图的左侧。叶片往里缩进,密封腔的容积逐渐缩小,密封腔中的油液经配油盘另一窗口和压油口1被压出而输出到系统中去。这种泵在转子转一转过程中,吸油压油各一次,故称单作用泵。转子受到径向液压不平衡作用力,故又称非平衡式泵,其轴承负载较大。改变定子和转子间的偏心量,便可改变泵的排量,故这种泵都是变量泵。

二、双作用叶片泵的工作原理

它的作用原理和单作用叶片泵相似,不同之处只在于定子表面是由两段长半径圆弧、两段短半径圆弧和四段过渡曲线八个部分组成,且定子和转子是同心的。在图示转子顺时针方向旋转的情况下,密封工作腔的容积在左上角和右下角处逐渐增大,为吸油区,在左下角和右上角处逐渐减小,为压油区;吸油区和压油区之间有一段封油区把它们隔开。这种泵的转子每转一转,每个密封工作腔完成吸油和压油动作各两次,所以称为双作用叶片泵。泵的两个吸油区和两个压油区是径向对称的,作用在转子上的液压力径向平衡,所以又称为平衡式叶片泵。

双作用叶片泵的瞬时流量是脉动的,当叶片数为4的倍数时脉动率小。为此,双作用叶片泵的叶片数一般都取12或16。

一种液压压力控制阀。在液压设备

   中主要起定压溢流作用,稳压,

   系统卸荷和安全保护作用。

   定压溢流作用:在定量泵节

   流调节系统中,定量泵提供的

   是恒定流量。当系统压力增大时,

   会使流量需求减小。此时溢流阀开启,

   使多余流量溢回油箱,保证溢流阀进口压力,

   即泵出口压力恒定(阀口常随压力波动开启)。

   稳压作用:溢流阀串联在回油路上,溢流阀产生背压,

   运动部件平稳性增加。系统卸荷作用:在溢流阀的

   遥控口串接溢小流量的电磁阀,当电磁铁通电时,

   溢流阀的遥控口通油箱,此时液压泵卸荷。

   溢流阀此时作为卸荷阀使用。安全保护作用:

   系统正常工作时,阀门关闭。

   只有负载超过规定的极限(系统压力超过调定压力)时开启溢流,

   进行过载保护,使系统压力不再增加

   (通常使溢流阀的调定压力比系统高工作压力高10%~20%)。

   实际应用中一般有:作卸荷阀用,作远程调压阀,

   作高低压多级控制阀,作顺序阀,用于产生背压(串在回油路上)。

   溢流阀一般有两种结构:1、直动型溢流阀 。2、先导式溢流阀。

   对溢流阀的主要要求:调压范围大,调压偏差小,压力振摆小,

   动作灵敏,过载能力大,噪声小。

概述:本文主要介绍叶片泵的分类常识,单作用叶片泵的工作原理以及双作用叶片泵的工作原理。

叶片泵的分类

因为历史的叶片泵根据中类型的不同有两种

(一) 专门指容积泵中的滑片泵。

(二) 指动力式泵的三泵(离心泵、混流泵、轴流泵)或其他特殊的泵。

这类泵产品一般不会叫叶片泵。但作为专着,叶片泵几乎全部是指离心泵、混流泵、轴流泵等。

叶片泵的工作原理

叶片泵转子旋转时,叶片在离心力和压力油的作用下,尖部紧贴在定子内表面上。这样两个叶片与转子和定子内表面所构成的工作容积,先由小到大吸油后再由大到小排油,叶片旋转一周时,完成两次吸油与排油。

一、单作用叶片泵的工作原理

叶片泵的安装
                叶片泵的安装同齿轮泵。
        ①叶片泵的旋转方向及安装方式叶片泵出厂前在装配时,都是按着顺时针旋转方向组装的。不允许逆时针运转使用(从轴端观察〕。
        叶片泵从结构上可分为车辆叶片泵、变量叶片泵和定量叶片泵、双级叶片泵以及双联叶片泵多种。安装方式基本为法兰安装式,而榆次液压件厂生产的叶片泵有脚架式的〔在订货时应注明)。   
        ② 叶片泵用安装体与电动机连接叶片泵与电动机(发动机)连接驱动时,要采用"安装体"结构,如图1-8所示,其一端法兰与叶片泵的法兰连接,用4个(有的泵用2个)内六角螺钉紧固牢, 另一大端与V系列电动机B5或B35型的端法兰连接牢固,采用这种安装形式可使其两轴的同轴度不存在误差,其转动时也无噪声,是延长泵的使用寿命的理想途径。
        叶片泵的输人轴不能承受轴向力和径向力,因此安装联轴器时,不准用铁捶敲打装配,联轴器内孔采用二级间隙配合为宜,在键槽180°方向钻一个M6-M10mm的螺纹孔,用螵钉止住防止窜动。
        采用脚架式叶片泵时,严禁用带轮或链轮直接传动,亦要用联轴器与驱动机轴连接,两个轴的同轴度误差应控制在0.05-0.1mm以内,角度误差不大于0.5°,两轴间应留有3mm 距离。
        ③ 叶片泵的安装位置叶片泵应安装在油面以下,并应靠近油箱,在吸油側安装一个
        过滤精度为50~80μm迅的线隙式滤油器。由于条件所限,叶片泵必须安装在油面以上时,其吸油高度应距低油位,不大于500mm。这种安装方法,对吸油连接管路接头,必须注意密封良好,若密封不良时,极易造成叶片泵吸人少许空气,而摻杂有气泡的破裂声,严重时油箱内有气泡。
        滤油器规格如下:
        叶片泵的吸油滤油器,应采用泵流量的两倍以上,允许吸人真空度不大于0.013Mpa。在系统中的回油管路上,应设置过滤精度不大于20~30μm的回油滤油器,当新安装的系统工作10~20h后,可将回油滤油器拆开,取出滤芯,其内部有氧化皮、电焊渣、铁屑、砂粒和橡胶碎块等杂质,这些杂物是安装系统时未清理净的或液压件内部存留的,经压力的振动和流体的冲击而集中在回油滤油器内,若无回油滤油器时,则全部集中在油箱下部。
