香皂进口需要什么资质资料流程(technological process and information) 
（一）、优先提供的资料(information)


1、经公证的在华申报责任单位授权书和声明书（先审核，通过审核后在申报时提供已经备案的行政许可在华申报责任单位授权书复印件并加盖公章）；
Authorized statement and statement of the declaration of responsibility in China by the notary public


2、用户名申请表；
User name application form


3、委托书（委托办事）
Power of attorney


4、提供企业及产品信息采集表内各项内容；
Provide the contents of the enterprise and product information collection form


5、产品配方（要求全成分标注，复合配方标注复合比例，并提供使用目的）； 
Product formulation (requirements for full component labeling, compound formulation with compound proportion, and provide the purpose of use)


6、申请育发、健美、类产品的，应提交功效成份及其使用依据的科学文献资料；
Apply for the development, fitness, products, should be submitted to the efficacy of ingredients and the use of scientific literature;


7、检测申请表；
Test application form


8、送检所需样品（要求同一批次且未开封，不少于15套）；
Submission of required sample (requires the same batch and not Kaifeng, not less than 15 sets)


9、产品使用说明书（中文）；
 Product instruction manual (Chinese)


10、营业执照副本复印件加盖公章。

PACKING LIST , INVOICE,贸易合同/信用证、原产地证/自由销售证明、工商营业执照、标签审核申请表（3份）、中文标签样张（3份）、原标签及中文翻译件、反映产品特定属性的证明材料，供应商提供的成分证明,出口国卫生证书,检验报告,检疫证明
Trade contract / letter of credit, certificate of origin / free sales certificate, industrial and commercial business license, tag audit application form (3), Chinese label Proofs (3), the original label and Chinese translation, reflect the specific product attributes of proof material, component suppliers to provide proved that export health certificate, Inspection Report, the quarantine certificate
